You pined after it for months. Throwing weird looks at passing cyclists as they shot past wearing the jersey you absolutely had to have. So, now you’ve finally got it, here’s how to keep it looking the part.
All Black Sheep Cycling garments utilise the highest quality performance fabrics and the lightest weight construction. The result, the most premium cycling garment you will ever wear. With anything of this quality, you need to know how to care for it.
Gentle Hand Wash.
Always wash your garment by hand, or at the very most, inside a protective laundry bag on a delicate wash. An intense wash may cause abrasion to the fabrics.
Cold Water.
Always use cold water for your washing. The temperature of the water needs to be lower than 30 degrees, with high quality laundry detergent. Absolutely NO softeners or bleach. Hot water or the use of softeners will cause the colour to run and the chamois adhesive to break down.
Hang Dry.
Always hang dry your garment in a well ventilated area.
Air temperature should not exceed 26 degrees. Use of tumble dry or storage in hot and humid environments will cause damage to the fabric structure and colour fading.
Heaven forbid you should want to return your fine garment. But hey it happens. You're not the first, and won't be the last. We've made the process super simple for you.
Returns Policy.
Goods must be returned within 60 days of purchase, in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. If the garment/product is not returned in this condition, then Black Sheep will not be able to process the exchange.
Manufacturing Faults.
Its only natural that we pride ourselves on producing the highest quality garments, to keep you warm, dry and keep your bum comfy. No one likes a pain in the Ass! We have a strict quality control procedure to ensure that all garments meet not only ours, but also your expectations.
If your garment hasn't met your expectations and you believe that there has been a fault during manufacturing, please reach out to our support team. We kindly ask that you attach a picture of your kit and the issue that you are experiencing.

Orders made online to a delivery address within Australia will be dispatched via Australia Post Express and normally will arrive the next business day from the date of dispatch. Current standard shipping rates on all deliveries within Australia are: A flat rate of $9.50
To New Zealand.
For orders delivered to New Zealand we ship via DHL Express. Orders should normally arrive within 2 to 5 business days from dispatch. Current standard shipping rates on all deliveries within New Zealand are: A flat rate of AUD$19.50
International Shipping.
Black Sheep Cycling provides shipping to most destinations around the world using DHL Express. Orders should normally arrive within 3 - 5 business days from dispatch. The current standard shipping rate to all international destinations is: A flat rate of AUD$19.50
